Celebrate a cultural tapestry through the flavors, sights, and sounds of the many ethnicities represented in Northwest Louisiana. The culinary event provides an array of traditional food and entertainment that represent the C the 26 different cultures such as, Cane Rive Creole, Cajun, Native American, Korean, Greek, Indian, Native American, Viet Names, German, Chinese, Hispanic, Jamacian, and more. The Chefs of Diamond will be serving up samples from their new menu, Al Barron owner of ”Big Al’s Jazz It Up Seasoning” will be here from Baton Rouge with a dish prepared with his popular seasoning, along with the Creoles of Cane River serving up their traditional cultural dishes. Fox News Anchor, Marquel Sennett, will emcee the Silent Auction and the music will be provided The Lacour Trio, house band for the popular Mama’s Oyster House in Natchitoches.
