TEMPORARY CLOSURE FAQ’S

GAMING

What will happen to my points during closure time?
During the temporary closure, bonus points will not expire. Subject to change and management approval.

I can’t earn tier points during this time; how will that affect my tier re-qualification?
The earning period is scheduled to end on June 30, 2020. We may adjust the qualifying period based on our closure period. Subject to change and management approval.

PROMOTIONS/OFFERS

What will happen to my JackPlay, Hotel offers and Dining offers?
Only valid offers will be honored once the appropriate DiamondJacks area is open (i.e., gaming floor, hotel and restaurants). Offers that expired during the closure period, will not be fulfilled. 

What about my current gift offers?}
Unfortunately, gift pickups are cancelled due to our temporary closure. We will be rescheduling gift giveaways as soon as possible, and qualified guests will be notified.

What about March promotions?
Unfortunately, March promotions are cancelled due to our temporary closure. We will have more opportunities for our guests to win prizes and have fun in our promotions once our reopening date is confirmed.

Will I receive April offers?
Once our reopening date is confirmed, qualified guests will receive offers in the mail. Unfortunately, we don’t have a definite re-open date at the present time. Subject to change and management approval.

ENTERTAINMENT

What entertainment shows are being rescheduled or cancelled, and how will I know?
The Bill Engvall shows for April 24 are tentatively being rescheduled to Friday, October 2. Tickets already purchased for the April dates will be honored. Please see point of purchase for any refunds and further notifications. And check out Ticketmaster for more information.

Local entertainment on the weekends at Whiskey Jacks is cancelled until further notice. We will let you know as soon as we can, when live music will return! Please see our Facebook page and/or website for updates.

DINING

Are the restaurants at DiamondJacks open?
Sorry, but all of our restaurants are closed at this time, including take-out. 

What is being done with food from the restaurants?
Our food is being donated to our working team members and local community partners.

HOTEL/RV PARK

I have a hotel reservation, when and how will I know if it has been cancelled?
All hotel reservations have been cancelled through April 13. Our reservation team has made every effort to contact our guests via phone. No penalties or fees will apply for cancellations related to our temporary closure. We will not accept reservations for dates prior to April 14. Subject to change and management approval. See diamondjacks.com for more information.

Is the RV Park open?
Yes, the RV Park is currently open. However, we can’t provide any amenities. All reservations should be made via phone, and pre-payment is mandatory. Complimentary offers will not be accepted at this time. Subject to change and management approval.

CONVENTION SERVICES

I have a special event or meeting booked, when and how will I know if it has been cancelled?
Our meeting rooms/convention areas and all banquet/catering services have been cancelled until April 13. Any meeting/event reservations during this period have been cancelled. We will look at future bookings for dates after April 13 on a case by case basis. Please contact our sales manager at 318.678.7667.

TAX REPORTING

I need to access my win/loss statement?
During the temporary closure, the cage cashier/finance department will assist you. Please call 318.678.7462 or 318.678.7756.

TEAM MEMBERS

I work at DiamondJacks, when will I report to work again?
During the temporary closure, please keep in contact with your supervisor. If you can’t reach your supervisor, please contact Human Resources 318-678-7425.
